Day 03- A picture of you and your friends
Instead of just one picture I will give you a few! Unfortunately I don't have recent pictures of my friends here in Abilene.

 This was taken in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. We met up with Sergio's high school friend John and we made three great friends while there. From left to right, JR, his son - Tanner, me, then Wendyl Roche (professional fighter and trainer) John and Sergio. Picture was taken while we were waiting for famous UFC fighter Thiago Silva and then we met him. Pictures on my facebook!

Our Best Friends - the Hagans!! We miss you guys and can't wait for the arrival of baby Jacob!!

Day 04- A habit that you wish you didn’t have

I have a bad habit of biting the inside of my lips and cheeks, its something I have done for as long as I can remember. I do it when I am bored, nervous, or when watching a movie or tv. Hopefully its something I can break. I guess there are worse habits out there!
